Living and Growing from the Heart
We are a small family farm located on the Sunshine Coast of Australia. We are passionate about inspiring and educating others to live in harmony with the Earth. We believe that living from the heart brings us into a deeper connection with our beautiful Earth and our community. We are a working Farm as well as having a sacred Yoga Shala on the land.
We offer Food Growing Courses (online and OnFarm), Nature Gatherings, weekly Yoga, Farm Tours and love to bring the community together in heartful gatherings. Our vision is to continue to grow the community of regenerative growers all around the world. We believe that everyone can make a powerful impact on this Earth, no matter where you are in your life.
We aim to inspire with connection to Earth and with a focus on living from our Heartspace. We feel that there is a pull in our society to come back to what is simple and this is what we are practicing in our own lives. To live from the land, to honour the land and to teach our children to do the same.
We offer a space to slow down, ground into the Earth and to bring more awareness to the future of this beautiful place we call home.
