1. Acceptance of Risk: The Participant understands that attending the Festive Magic Event involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to the risks associated with weather conditions, the natural environment, and the conduct of other attendees.

2. Child Supervision: The Participant acknowledges their responsibility to supervise any children under their care at all times during the event. This includes being vigilant around the parking lot, driveway areas, and near the dam and water hole, which may pose hazards such as slippery surfaces or deceptive appearances.

3. Release and Waiver: The Participant hereby releases and waives any claims against the Organizers for any injury, loss, damage, or death that may arise from their attendance at the event.

4. Compliance with Rules: The Participant agrees to comply with all rules and instructions provided by the Organizers during the event, including but not limited to safety guidelines and conduct requirements.

5. Personal Safety and Weather Preparedness: The Participant is responsible for their own safety and the safety of children under their care. The Participant should be prepared for varying weather conditions and is advised to bring appropriate weather gear. In case of feeling unsafe, the Participant is obligated to leave the premises for their own safety.

6. Legal Binding Effect: This waiver is legally binding upon the Participant, their heirs, successors, and assigns.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Festive Magic Event, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this waiver.
