Participants understand that there may still be unforeseen risks present even when taking cautionary measures have been taken; thus, they agree to assume full responsibility for any damages or losses incurred as a result of these unforeseen risks during their time spent on-site. Furthermore, participants waive any right to make claims against Shambhala Farm regarding these damages or losses.
In consideration of being allowed entry into Shambhala Farm for any event held thereon, each attendant hereby confirms his/her understanding of this Waiver Agreement and fully accepts its terms as binding upon him/her should any injury occur while on-site.
